Much more appetizing than nuking that box that may have sat in your grocer’s freezer or on his shelf for who knows how many months. Some of these programs advertise gourmet meals that have no preservatives and no unhealthy fats. Several permit you to choose between 5-day-a-week and 7-day-a-week programs. Some allow you the option of having either all three meals (and even some snacks) delivered or having only lunch and dinner meals delivered. Regardless of the plan, meal prep time is reduced.
